While we can’t take away cancer, and we can’t know the outcome of a parent’s cancer journey, we can bring children together who uniquely understand each other for life-changing experiences at our virtual, day, and overnight summer camp programs.

For a quarter-century, Kesem has brought joy, connection, and healing to thousands of children impacted by a parent’s cancer. Over the past 25 years, Kesem has grown from a single chapter to a national movement, all while staying true to our mission of supporting kids through and beyond their parent’s cancer journey. About Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday was founded in 2012 through a partnership of New York’s 92nd Street Y and the United Nations Foundation. The goal of this partnership was to find a way for the world to give back following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
